Our Founder Chris Taylor formed the Taylor Green partnership due to an obvious gap in the consumer goods market called customer service and value for money. He found through years of research that Hirers and Job Seekers were becoming increasingly disillusioned with some of our competitors. One of the main findings was that people were not being kept informed throughout the process and were not being treated with respect and too many assumptions were being made. Under experienced and rude consultants were also a common factor as well as poor market knowledge and intelligence. Chris and his highly experienced team are here to show you how the experience can become interactive and pleasurable.
